OK, so it is National Stress Awareness Day. So now that I’m aware of my stress, what do I do to reduce it?
I researched and learned that the AMA reported that in the past 5 years, 44% of Americans had had an increase in psychological stress. This puts a dramatic toll on the financial and emotional resources of the individual and the country.
After learning this, I figured there must be a way to reduce daily stress. I spend some time researching and developing the B.E.E. formula.
Since stress can lead to heart diseases, obesity, diabetes, headaches, and depression, why not reduce it in our daily lives.
With that said, here are some simple techniques that you can use to reduce stress and improve communication with your family and co-workers.
